Everyone gets involved with Scentsy for different reasons. For me, it all started when I went to a friend’s house and she was warming a scent. It smelled so good; I asked her what it was. I was hooked. Then one day my roommate brought home a sample of Jumpin Jelly Bean. That sample lasted a few months, lol. I would open it and just smell it. Finally, I kept hearing my roommate talk about her friend that is a director in Scentsy, and I got curious so I met with her friend and ended up joining. I really did not know much about Scentsy nor have I ever done any direct sales like this, but I love every day of Scentsy thus far.
The short time I have been a Scentsy Consultant, I have come out of my shell. I tend not to be an outgoing person, but because I want to be successful with Scentsy, I am quickly becoming outgoing! I normally do not do well with talking to strangers especially in a large crowd, but that has become so much easier. I have learned when you love something or strongly believe in a product you have no problem telling others about it. My Scentsy ride is just beginning, and I am looking forward to continuing to grow both personally and financially.
